Narciso Rodriguez

Renowned fashion designer Narciso Rodriguez, of Cuban heritage, gained prominence through his modern designs. After studying at Parsons School of Design, he freelanced for prestigious companies like Anne Klein and Calvin Klein. In 1995, as Design Director for TSE and Cerruti, he designed Carolyn Bessette’s iconic wedding gown, leading to the establishment of his eponymous label in 1997. Rodriguez received accolades, including the Best New Designer award.

Beyond fashion, he served as Design Director for Loewe’s Women’s Ready to Wear Collection and won “Designer of the Year” awards in 2002 and 2003. Rodriguez made a significant impact in the fragrance industry, launching “For Her” in 2003 and later expanding to include “For Him,” “Essence,” “Narciso,” and “Oriental Musc Editions.” His bold and contemporary designs have made him a household name, with his fragrances becoming favorites. The brand continues to evolve with each new release.
